Delallo - Artichoke Bruschetta

Although the Delallo brand has been around since the '50's, I just recently discovered it!  Funny, how that works. I've been eating the Delallo gnocchi for years because it is one of the few prepared gnocchis I have found that is actually vegan.  This time we picked up a jar of Delallo's Artichoke Bruschetta. I had planned to just eat it on a baguette as an accompaniment to a pasta dish, but it was so good, I felt I had to write about it too!

Short and sweet - this bruschetta is delicious. Packed in olive oil, the Italian artichoke hearts are speckled with flecks of red and yellow peppers, capers and spices. All together, on top of a sliced, grilled baguette, this mixture creates a delectable bruschetta.  If you can't find it in your local store, you can order it here. This is a must try!
