Spinach Blueberry Salad

I tend to get into a rut with my salads so when I received a sample of a salad dressing, I thought this would be a good time to put together a more creative salad. The Bragg Braggberry dressing is quite sweet so I created a spinach salad complete with avocado, blueberries, and walnuts that would complement the dressing.

In the end, I loved the salad, but I wasn't crazy about the dressing. It is made with grape juice, pomegranate juice, blueberry juice, red raspberry puree, and apple juice so it was really sweet. But, it is the stevia that turned me off. I really don't like stevia and I think it ruins most foods. If you like stevia though, you might just love this dressing.

Spinach Blueberry Salad

Ingredients (for a large salad, use quantities in parentheses)
  • Spinach leaves (4 cups)
  • Blueberries (1 cup)
  • Avocado, chopped
  • Walnuts (1/2 cup)
  • Bragg Braggberry
    dressing
Instructions
Place some spinach in a bowl, top with blueberries, avocado, and walnuts. Toss with dressing.

Full Disclosure: Although the dressing was provided to me for free to review, that in no way influenced my veracious opinion.
