Energizing. That's the only way I can think to explain my experience at this year's Natural Products Expo West. Tens of thousands of manufacturers come out to showcase their products and tens of thousands of people from the food industry walk the show to make new business connections. It's exciting and invigorating. I pretty much spent the entire day in the hall that showcases new products and the energy I felt from entrepreneurs and their staff was unbelievable. I am poised for yet another full day at the expo, but before I leave, here are my top picks for new products found yesterday in no particular order. More info on these products to come in the future.
