Makes 1 1/4 cups
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 Tbsp agave
- 3 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 1/4 cup sherry or white wine vinegar
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Ina bowl, whisk all ingredients together. As an alternative, you can also pour all ingredients into a glass jar with a sealable lid and shake well.
