I found this incredibly easy vegan parmesan cheeze recipe on
Veg Family! It's not exactly like parmesan, but, hey, it's still really good. And it's super easy to make. I used it to make a pesto that turned out awesome.
Vegan Parmesan Cheeze
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup toasted sesame seeds
- 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Instructions
Toast sesame seeds until lightly browned. Throw all ingredients into a blender. Process for 30-60 seconds. That's it!
